Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pathways 2 Peace, Inc. is committed to providing high-quality mentoring services, workshops,
and training programs to support individuals reentering their communities after incarceration.
We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary.
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services
provided by Pathways 2 Peace.

1. Service Fees and Payments

● All service fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any service, program,
or training provided by Pathways 2 Peace, Inc. Payments can be made via
www.pathways2p.com.
● Fees for workshops, mentoring sessions, or training programs will be outlined in the
registration process and are due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by Client

● Workshops/Training Programs: Clients may cancel their registration up to 7 days prior
to the scheduled date of the event for a full refund.
● Mentoring Sessions: Mentoring sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48
hours prior to the appointment time for a full refund or to reschedule without any
penalties.
● Cancellations made within less than 7 days for workshops/training programs or less than
48 hours for mentoring sessions will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled
depending on availability.

3. No-Show Policy

● If a client fails to attend a scheduled mentoring session, workshop, or training without
providing notice within the specified time frame, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Pathways 2 Peace, Inc.

● In the event that Pathways 2 Peace, Inc. must cancel or reschedule a session,
workshop, or training program due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified
as soon as possible.
● Clients may choose to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

● Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation
request.
● Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Services

● Any donations or contributions made to Pathways 2 Peace, Inc. are non-refundable.

7. Special Considerations

● Pathways 2 Peace, Inc. reserves the right to evaluate requests for cancellations or
refunds on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations.
